I love this scarf! I would love to win because I (for some reason) don't own a lot of red clothing and this would be the perfect way to add some red to my wardrobe! :)

I only read Ruby's story via blog and your facebook posts during her beautiful life, but when my own baby girl was in the NICU I found stories such as hers brought me a deeper understanding of the precious lives we are given from our heavenly father. I found every improvement to be so much better because I would be bringing my baby home with me, and I learned that graciousness from women like your sister for being brave enough to share their stories!!

I love the scarf, you have such a creative talent for making and designing such cute clothes and more! Celebrating Ruby's life for these 15 days is so inspiring, I love reading everyone's blogs and comments

I am entering for my friend, Chandi whose phone won't let her enter. She would love this scarf because it would be just the right accessory for a St. George winter.

Chandi is always doing acts of service, especially after her sweet Porter was born still. She is collecting fabric right now to make and donate blankets to the local hospitals.

This scarf is beautiful! I would love it to liven up my fall wardrobe.

Ruby touched my life in understanding the basics of this life. She softened my heart in so many ways and helped me learn love and patience to those around me, to see others as Heavenly Father sees them. I am so thankful Kristin and Jared shared her life with so many others so her touch could be felt so far.

I held the door open for a family at Walmart. It felt great! :)

Kristin is so amazing, I love that she's doing this for her sweet Ruby! I am excited to win this scarf because it's beautiful and different! And I live in PHX, so it would be the perfect scarf to wear on mild winter days : ) Ruby has touched my life because Kristin and I were both due with sweet baby girls at almost the same time. I followed Ruby's progress regularly on Facebook. I was so touched at the strength of the Warburton family and only hope I can be as amazing as they are someday. This week as my act of service, I saw a brand new fire starting up in the mountains late last night as we were coming back from a weekend trip. I was sure to do everything I could to get ahold of the right people to report it before it went blazing through the forest.

I would love to win the scarf because Red is my (new) husband's favorite color and he is always excited when I wear red! :)

Ruby's first birthday was the 3 month anniversary of my eldest brother's passing, so I wanted to make my acts of service toward family. One act was staying late two days in a row so my coworker could go home early to his wife for their 6 year anniversary, and the next day because she had a CAT scan done for some neurological issues. Prayers would be welcome for Bri!

Ruby's story made me for grateful for my children, so grateful that they were all born healthy. I loved what Andrea told me of her sweet spirit. Kristin is an inspiration to me on how she has dealt with this trial.

Entry 1: I love this adorable, unique scarf and it would certainly add some sunshine to the incessant rain we're having up here in Seattle! Plus, it would give me a way to remember sweet Ruby and giving to others every day I would wear it. Entry 2: Ruby has been an inspiring and sentimental spirit. When my husband found out that we were being transferred to Seattle, my company hired Ruby's dad to take over my role. I spent two weeks training Jared and heard so much about sweet Ruby. We were in the midst of transitioning when Ruby was born and I could not imagine what Jared and Kristin were going through with a move, new job changes, and a sweet spirit who needed to return to heaven. This experience had such an impact on me and has touched me ever since. Winning this scarf would mean so much to me to be able to remember Ruby and that pivotal time in the Warburton's family.

I would like to win this knitted scarf because I think normal scarves look kinda dopey on me, and I think knitted things are great!

It's hard to put into words how Ruby has touched my life. I feel connected to Ruby and Kristin + Jared through our angel babies. They have been great friends and are examples of selfless service.

A service I did was to send brownies to a friend who is going through a hard time recently.

So cute Linds, you make the best stuff. First Ruby had impacted my life because when I see Red I always think of her first. Second I can't help but think of her every time I look at my little nixon because they would have been pretty much the same age. Kristen you are so strong and I pray and think about you often.

My act of kindness for the day was watching my friends kids 3 of them while she went and got her teeth cleans. :)

Stephanie said...

And I would love the win this scarf because you know i could use it and need it out here in freezing cold Boston!

Kiley said...

I would love the scarf because it's so cute and different from any of my scarves.

Ruby taught me more about our Heavenly Father's plan and about my own faith.

For our act of kindness our family walked around our neighborhood and picked up trash. In our daughter's words "we wanted to clean the earth for Ruby and make it pretty"

Ruby has brought the spirit into my life the past month. She has helped me to remember the importance of being a mother and living worthy to return home to my Heavenly Father.

My service today was letting my students have extra time to practice their spelling. This might seem small, but to them it was really important.

Also, this scarf would look beautiful on my sister! I would love to give it to her! Great work!

I'd love to win this scarf because it is so different and beautiful just like Ruby and her mamma.

I met Kristin from mutual friends in the ward and she has truly been inspiring to me of her strength. I only know Ruby's story through reading past blogs and after catching up to the present, it is amazing how Kristin holds herself together. I love how she chooses to remember her and celebrate her life. I'm positive that little Ruby is watching over Jared and Kristin everyday. What a lucky girl she is.

A small act of service I did was to help entertain a single mom's kids during sacrament meeting last week.

I did not have the chance to meet Miss Ruby, but it has touched my life to see the way that soo many people can love someone that they have never met. Love does not have boundries, what a beautiful thing!
